Steve Pfaffle Welcome to my fine art america profile. I am a professional photographer working out of Eastern Connecticut. My primary focus is on portraits, landscape, and architecture work. This site is where I post my creative photographs and other favorites. Come join me on my artistic journey into photography.

About my process:
It all starts with raw captures, good glass and a vision. Then it's on to the computer for the heavy lifting. Most of my images go through several hours of edits. Each piece I create is a unique balance of multiple techniques of hdr toning, shadow and light layers, textures, cloning, adjustments and some secret sauce photoshop sriracha. The result is something I like to call hyper-realism photography. My goal is to create visually pleasing art pieces that take the viewer away to another place if only for a moment. Seeing these printed in real life brings an extra dimension to these images, I highly recommend printing on metallic photo paper, metal print or glossy canvas.
